We are loving our grain mill, making fresh bread from a rich variety of grains and producing bread’s that are not only healthy but very low G.I. is very satisfying. Also milling small quantities fresh for anything from pizza dough to making some cheese sauce is very convenient. Plus it looks cool, we’ve had a few jealous friends make comment, in all, well worth the initial outlay.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Karina grain mill. It is a lovely design and very easy to use. It runs at a level of noise and speed of milling that I am happy with. It is great to be able to provide my family with stoneground fresh flour so easily. The seller was very helpful, and I received my mill quickly, with great customer support from the seller. I would be happy to recommend this product and this agent. Louise – its going to take a while to make a loaf of bread that is really good I think. I am using a recipe that says to soak the fresh flour in water overnight to improve the gluten and so I have been doing that, but I think there is still alot I could do to improve the texture of the loaves. I knew that would be something with fresh flour I would need to experiment with.

Just a quick message to thank you again for all your help and great advice when purchasing our new ‘Karina grain mill’ I use it every day to make the flours for all of our bread and cakes, what a lovely difference in flavour and goodness. If anyone is thinking about milling their own grains, then I would like to highly recommend your product, it is very efficient and so attractive.

I am very happy with the mill :) All the others I looked at were sythetic stone/composite, and had plastic housing/parts. I am thrilled that this is natural granite and good, solid WOOD! Have been showing it off to my neighbours, who have been waiting to see it :) Thanks so much. Looks fantastic, works fantastic, worth every cent :)

I just wanted to say that the Karina mill and flaker I bought off you are a great addition to my food storage. In the past I have stored processed flours etc, but found I wasted a lot of food as it went rancid very quickly. Processed foods only have a very short shelf life. By having the mill and flaker, I’m now able to store whole grains which have a shelf life of many years. The mill and flaker look very pleasing to the eye too, being made out of beautiful natural beech timber. They grace my home, and in fact they have at times become a great talking point, giving me the opportunity to discuss and encourage others to do food storage too. Thank you so much.

This mill is of a high degree of quality and the price is very reasonable when compared to other manual mills. This is especially true since granite rock is used as the milling stones, the wood and parts are also great quality The mill is easy to operate and assemble and I expect it will last a very long time.
